Introducing our All Sorted Out socks – the perfect blend of fashion and fun, inspired by the iconic Allsorts candy! What makes these socks truly unique is the charming motif that dances along the outside, creating a delightful visual treat for the eyes. But the real star of the show is the yarn these beauties are made of, masterfully dyed by the wizards at Turtlepurl Yarns.

All Sorted Out - Worked in the round, this sock pattern contains both cuff-down and toe-up written directions and a chart for the pattern stitch. The pattern has instructions for a heel flap and gusset, but you may substitute whatever heel you enjoy using (links included for alternatives). 

The pattern is written for the magic loop method for knitting socks; however, the design could be worked on double-pointed needles or mini-circulars instead should you prefer (ensure you denote your instep stitches with extra markers – so you don’t miss the placement of the heel or toe shaping).

This sock pattern shines well with self-striping, solid, semi-solid, lightly variegated, or speckled yarns. Picking an appropriate yarn for this project will ensure the yarn and the pattern are not in competition with one another, rather, they're working together to create something magical.

6 [6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11]” / 15 [16.5, 18, 19, 20.5, 21.5, 23, 24, 25.5, 26.5, 28] cm circumference — choose a size that will give you 1-1.5” / 2.5-4 cm of negative ease. The finished measurements do not factor in negative ease, these are the actual measurements for the finished item.

US1 (2.25 mm) 40” (100 cm) circular needles, or size required to obtain gauge

MC: 200-500 yds / 183-458 m of fingering weight yarn (depending on the length of your foot and leg)

GAUGE:

32 stitches by 40 rounds in stockinette = 4” / 10 cm, after blocking. Gauge is crucial in obtaining the correct fit. Changes in gauge will result in a size difference for your finished socks.
